The average adult has tried at least 15 diet methods throughout their life. It is important as humans that we take better care of our bodies and the way you are able to go about this is by understanding how your body works. Another thing humans do not understand is food and the power that is in food. In the American society we abuse food and that is one of the reasons our society has so many health issues and obesity problems. Once we grasp the healing properties of food, tshe way food should be consume, and how our emotions sometimes lead us to food that is not beneficial for the body we will have a better understanding of food and of our bodies. In this world we deal with so much in a short period of time and it can become overwhelming so I am going to list a few steps to do each day to make it alot eaiser.
1. Focus on what you are doing at that moment instead of things that are futurisitc.
2. Learn to complement yourself because alot of time we are our worse critic.
3. Learn to embrace nature and enjoy living in it( go to the park, river, or just in your own backyard).
4. Stay positive because it is so easy to take on someone else feelings.
