The average adult has tried at least 15 diet methods throughout their life. It is important as humans that we take better care of our bodies and the way you are able to go about this is by understanding how your body works. Another thing humans do not understand is food and the power that is in food. In the American society we abuse food and that is one of the reasons our society has so many health issues and obesity problems. Once we grasp the healing properties of food, tshe way food should be consume, and how our emotions sometimes lead us to food that is not beneficial for the body we will have a better understanding of food and of our bodies. I will be posting the whole month of August tips on healing the body

If you are dealing with maintaining a healthy weight I am going to list a few supplements that you might want to consider adding to your regime. Many times as ovo- vegetarians,vegetarians or vegans we tend to deplete certain nourishment out of our body which hinders the body from functioning properly.

3. Taurine an amino acid which aids in maintaining a healthy weight and beneficial for the brain
4. Flax seed oil or powder taking in 1 or 2 tbsp a day aids in maintaining a healthy cholesterol and reducing cellulite and bringing in the esssential oils the body is unable to produce.
