The average adult has tried at least 15 diet methods throughout their life. It is important as humans that we take better care of our bodies and the way you are able to go about this is by understanding how your body works. Another thing humans do not understand is food and the power that is in food. In the American society we abuse food and that is one of the reasons our society has so many health issues and obesity problems. Once we grasp the healing properties of food, tshe way food should be consume, and how our emotions sometimes lead us to food that is not beneficial for the body we will have a better understanding of food and of our bodies. I will be posting the whole month of August tips on healing the body

Mind over Matter

What we have to understand about disease and illness is that it begins in the mind. If you think negative thoughts, disgusted with your world, and dislike change this will affect your physical body and how you function on a day to day basis. It is important to feed your mind healthy thoughts as well as feed your physical body healthy foods.
